About GigPlux.
What is GigPlux?
GigPlux is a parent technology company that builds focused software across productivity, collaboration, security, and AI. Rather than one large suite, we build separate products that each solve a single problem completely.
When was GigPlux founded?
GigPlux was founded in 2026. We are an early-stage company with a small team and products in active development.
Who is behind GigPlux?
GigPlux is run by a small founding team. The CEO leads product direction and security, the CTO owns engineering, and the COO drives sales and growth, alongside a growing team across marketing and community. You can meet everyone on the Team page.
What we build.
What products does GigPlux offer?
Our active products are SystemFlow, a workflow coordination tool with a public beta now live for select teams; Arcspace, a structured team workspace coming soon; and AllSafe, our security and compliance line coming soon. Aether, our AI line, is currently on hold.
Which products can I use right now?
SystemFlow's public beta is live, currently open to select teams. Email support@gigplux.com if you need access. Arcspace and AllSafe are not generally available yet; follow along and we will email you when each opens.
How much do GigPlux products cost?
SystemFlow is free during its public beta. Beta teams receive founding-customer pricing when it reaches general availability. Pricing for other products will be announced closer to their launch.
Getting in.
How do I get access to the SystemFlow beta?
The beta is live but currently limited to select teams. Email support@gigplux.com and we will get in touch when a spot is available.
What does joining the waitlist mean?
Joining the waitlist puts you in the queue for early access to the product you choose. When we open the next round for that product, we work down the list in order and email you directly. It is not a newsletter.
Will there be an API or documentation?
Full product documentation and API references are planned to arrive alongside general availability of the beta products. Until then, the documentation page outlines what is coming, and support can answer specific questions.
Keeping data safe.
How does GigPlux handle security?
Security is a core part of how we build. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, follow least-privilege access, and design products with security in mind from the start. Full details are on our Security page.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@gigplux.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We acknowledge reports within two business days and will not pursue action against researchers acting in good faith.
Working with us.
Is GigPlux hiring?
We are not actively hiring right now, but we are always open to great people. Send your CV to careers@gigplux.com and we will keep you in mind for future roles across engineering, marketing, and community. The Careers page explains how we work.
What is it like to work at GigPlux?
The team is small and flat, with no middle management or onboarding theater. Everyone works directly with the founders on problems that matter, and every domain has a clear owner who does the work.
How can I get in touch?
Use the contact page to reach the right person directly. For support email support@gigplux.com, for careers email careers@gigplux.com, and for security email security@gigplux.com.
