GigPlux develops and provides software products including SystemFlow, Arcspace, AllSafe, and Aether. Each product is subject to its own additional terms that will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes. GigPlux is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GigPlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in our content

In no event shall GigPlux's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by ceasing to use our Services and closing your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where GigPlux is incorporated.
