Acceptable Use Policy.
The ground rules for using GigPlux services. Short version: use them lawfully, respect other users, and do not attack the systems.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses any GigPlux website, application, or service (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring your users follow this policy.
2. Lawful Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these policies. You are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including data protection, intellectual property, and export control laws.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage others to do so
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Collect or harvest information about other users without authorization
4. System Integrity
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without written authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including denial-of-service attacks
- Bypass or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other protective measures
Security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability should report it responsibly to security@gigplux.com. We take every report seriously and respond quickly.
5. Content Standards
Content you submit through the Services must be lawful, must not violate the rights of others, and must not contain material that is fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly false. You remain responsible for the content you submit, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to support@gigplux.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We review every report and treat reporters' information confidentially where the law allows.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and, where appropriate, involve law enforcement. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to correct the issue before taking action.
